Job Overview:

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting HR functions within the branch. Responsibilities involve assisting in associate recruitment, managing hiring processes, maintaining employment records, and handling airport badging if required. Additionally, this position maintains HR documentation, distributes communications, and carries out other tasks as directed by the management team. This role typically reports to the HR Manager as per local guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist associates on administrative inquiries related to pay, policies, and procedures
  • Organize and secure confidential employment documents as per company guidelines
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job openings, organizing interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of paperwork and coordinating orientation
  • Conduct and assist in confidential HR investigations
  • Provide administrative support by generating reports, updating employee records, and processing required forms
  • Foster positive associate and labor relations
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues and customers effectively
  • Capability to comprehend instructions and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of keyboarding or repetitive motions
