Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:


Gathering information and assessing suitability to thoroughly understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy to achieve their objectives.

Regularly meeting with clients to monitor progress toward goals, identify additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust strategies to ensure their needs are met.

Collaborating with other members of clients' professional teams, such as attorneys, accountants, and trust officers, to gain a complete understanding of clients' goals and circumstances.

Researching portfolio performance, costs/fees, asset allocation, and changes to portfolio construction/investments, and making informed recommendations to clients.

Working alongside the Investment Advisor and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.

Building relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain a presence in the community and generate referrals and new business.

Coordinating with the Investment Advisor to assist in acquiring new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.

Continuously developing your skills for personal and professional growth.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period.

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
FINRA licenses required within three months. State insurance licenses required.

As an associate, you are required to complete all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain your license in good standing.
