Position Summary

We are in search of a proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives on quickly acquiring new skills to fill the administrative support role. You will operate with minimal oversight, proactively addressing needs, servicing clients, and creating efficiencies. Your organizational skills and ability to foster relationships with colleagues, clients, and insurance carriers will be essential. With strong communication abilities and a solid work ethic, you will employ critical thinking, work autonomously, and anticipate the needs of the agency and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating client payment processes
  • Managing customer cancellation statuses and securing payments
  • Overseeing claims submissions
  • Preparing and dispatching client communications

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in current and emerging technologies
    • Experience with Applied Epic is a plus
    • Familiarity with MS Office, DocuSign, Zoom, and Adobe software
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong mathematical abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
