Your Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will serve as a primary contact for both new and returning team members. Your role will involve supporting the recruitment process across various positions while collaborating with the Park Recruiter to organize and participate in recruitment events. Additionally, you will conduct preliminary interviews and manage the onboarding paperwork for new employees. Your specific tasks will include:

  • Evaluating applications for entry-level roles to ensure candidates meet all hiring criteria.
  • Conducting interviews for candidate placement (in-person, phone, or virtual).
  • Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with candidates through text, phone, and email.
  • Facilitating paperwork processing appointments, issuing uniforms, capturing ID photos, and printing name tags.
  • Monitoring candidate progress and updating their status in the applicant tracking system.
  • Tracking candidate engagement and following up post-recruitment events.
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings as required (in-person or via phone).
  • Assisting the HR department with various tasks, including administrative support and internal recruitment initiatives.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept with various software applications.
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and report on recruitment data.
  • A genuine passion for customer service, along with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to diverse responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Position requires extensive walking and standing throughout the work shift.
  • Must be capable of performing physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and delicate hand tasks (e.g., using tools, typing, writing).
  • Willingness to adhere to all grooming standards and employment policies.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, under different weather conditions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with our scheduling agreements.
  • Commitment to practicing safe work habits, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and reporting unsafe conditions.
