About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to become part of our team. This role involves selling and introducing our company to both new and existing clients. Responsibilities include providing quotes and processing customer orders, while primarily focusing on building strong relationships with our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the customer database.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Accurately capture and manage information in customer relationship management systems.
- Provide quotes and oversee order fulfillment from acceptance to delivery.
- Coordinate with customers and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Communicate market insights and gather customer feedback.
- Report on competitor pricing and equipment to management.
- Build and sustain credible relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage a database of potential clients and engage them regularly for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to develop a pipeline of prospects and close sales.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers identified by the Inside Sales team.
- Document suggestions or concerns and relay them to the Operations/Sales/Management teams.
- Utilize CRM software to track significant customer interactions.
- Support the company’s Quality System.
- Assist at the Inside Sales desk as directed by the General Manager.
- Travel and overnight stays may be required as necessary.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 2-3 years of experience in the steel industry or a related field.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in computer applications including typing, number entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
