Job Summary:

The Sales Growth Executive is responsible for driving sales growth profitably for Shamrock Foods Company. This role involves representing products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments through face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base
  • Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer's business
  • Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering, food cost analysis, and market intelligence
  • Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons
  • Facilitate demonstrations of capabilities and share new product innovation
  • Build multi-level relationships in the businesses served
  • Keep accounts current and optimize sales, service, and delivery
  • Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and customer experience enhancements

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus
  • 2 plus years' experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or other related experience preferred
  • Previous successful sales experience a plus
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and comfort using technology
  • Knowledgeable on industry trends and expertise in Microsoft office

Physical Demands:

Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Compensation:

Starting compensation of $40,000-$100,000 per year based on achievement of performance goals, eventually transitioning to commission-basis
