Position Title: Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

King Jesus International Ministry (KJM) has been a beacon of hope and spiritual empowerment for over twenty years, impacting lives in Miami and beyond.

KJM is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Events Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a variety of events and services within the Ministry, all designed to fulfill the Great Commission as outlined in Matthew 28.

This position involves collaborating with different internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution and memorable experiences for our congregants, pastors, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional teamwork, integrity, and diplomacy.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and related activities for the Ministry.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that event goals align with the Ministry's mission.
  • Assist in logistical planning for events, including vendor selection, scheduling, accommodations, transportation arrangements, and other event details.
  • Support the execution of Ministry events, ensuring adherence to the planned format and compliance with KJM policies.
  • Assist the Events Director in creative planning, logistics, and event implementation.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, including gathering attendee feedback and preparing follow-up communications.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Events Director.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical capability to lift and move items as needed and work in various environmental conditions.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for event support.
  • Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an event-related role.


Spiritual Commitment:

Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to KJM's vision, values, and core beliefs. Active participation in King Jesus International Ministry is required. Candidates should be born-again Christians who align their conduct with biblical principles and maintain a lifestyle consistent with scriptural teachings.

In this role, the individual will be integral to KJM's mission of sharing the supernatural power of God with this generation, serving as a spiritual leader within the church.
