We seek an accomplished Information Operations (IO) professional with a profound grasp of the Information Environment (IE) complexities. Your work reflects a keen awareness of cultural considerations and a steadfast commitment to security, accreditation, and risk management throughout all planning and execution phases.
Impactful Contributions:
Your extensive expertise in Information Operations (IO) will significantly enhance mission success and operational effectiveness. As a key advisor, you will facilitate the seamless integration and synchronization of IO efforts across CCMD staff, subordinate units, and JIIM partners.
Your capability to conduct comprehensive mission analysis, devise innovative strategies, and apply creative problem-solving will directly counter adversarial actions within the Information Environment (IE).
Your role will also encompass the operationalization of IO-related directives, where your guidance will be vital in refining tactical and operational plans. By tracking and measuring performance (MOP) and effectiveness (MOE), you will provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and ensure mission objectives are met.
Through your strategic vision, attention to cultural nuances, and commitment to security and risk management, you will play a crucial role in shaping successful outcomes in complex, multi-dimensional operational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IO functional expert and action officer, providing strategic and theater planning support at the COCOM level.
- Conduct briefings and meetings with senior officials and stakeholders as necessary.
- Facilitate coordination between various internal and external agencies and staff elements.
- Support the development of IO strategies, guidance, and concepts of operations (CONOP), ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Assist in the communication of current IO, OPSEC, and MISO policies and best practices.
- Compile and report data to measure the performance of all IO programs and activities.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of IO activities, ensuring alignment with overall mission objectives.
- Maintain coordination with relevant offices and organizations to support operational planning and execution.
