  • Training new personnel and supporting performance assessments
  • Addressing billing inquiries and resolving patient-related concerns
  • Executing budget monitoring and administrative record-keeping
  • Drafting meeting agendas, recording minutes, and organizing events

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma accompanied by a minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing positions
  • Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
