Rogers Behavioral Health is thrilled to announce the opening of a new clinic. We are in search of a Manager of Clinical Services, a fully licensed and seasoned therapist eager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care to the community.

In this role, you will oversee a team of 10 direct reports, focusing on providing addiction and general mental health services.


Position Overview:
No evening or weekend on-call treatment responsibilities.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday during clinic hours, with a focus on operational efficiency.
Join us in establishing and expanding a new clinic as a key leader.
With robust support from our Senior Director of Operations and the broader Rogers network, you will be well-equipped for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all facets of patient care within the designated programs.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to monitor patient care status.
Implement established care standards to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Provide direct services when necessary.
Engage with patients and families to address concerns, resolve complaints, and provide information. Advocate for patient care issues and access necessary resources.
Foster collaborative relationships between departments and interdisciplinary roles to ensure cohesive treatment delivery.

Coordinate activities of the Social Services staff at the assigned campus and programs.
Ensure proactive and effective discharge planning, facilitating timely transitions.
Review and audit staff documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide real-time supervision and mentoring for effective group, individual, and family therapy utilizing solution-focused principles and Rogers-approved interventions.

Participate in case management meetings to ensure quality care delivery.
Address patient complaints and incidents, documenting and communicating through the hospital system.


Effectively manage workforce functions including hiring, training, performance management, staff development, and accountability to departmental standards.


Oversee the supervision and development of clinical staff through ongoing training, feedback, and meetings to assess educational needs.

This includes direct supervision and written assessments of training requirements.
Collaborate closely with clinical supervisors to identify areas for performance enhancement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Additional Information:

Education and Training Requirements:
A Master's degree in social services or a related field with an active clinical license from the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health care or addiction services, with at least two years in a psychiatric facility.

At least two years of supervisory or management experience is required.

Comprehensive knowledge of social service administration, supervision, consultation, community resources, human growth and behavior dynamics, and therapeutic techniques for all age groups.

Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire, with annual re-certification.
Formal training in managing aggressive or dysregulated patients is required within 60 days of hire, with annual re-certification.

Certifications such as Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor are preferred.
