Job Title: Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Sileo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely service delivery and meet sales goals
  • Monitor and analyze client account performance to suggest improvements and boost satisfaction and sales
Qualifications:
  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required
  • 0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role focused on sales or business development is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and collaborate with team members
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving targets
  • Experience in sales, business management, or client relations is preferred but not required
