Job Title: Business Development Representative II

TruGreen is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Present lawncare services and programs to property managers, school systems, sports facilities, and other commercial customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with branch management and service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, lawncare, tree and shrub, or pest control services is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required.
