Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Denali Water Solutions LLC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external communication, including written and oral correspondence, and ensure timely delivery of messages.
  • Supply Management: Maintain office supplies, including ordering and stocking materials, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Mail and Shipping: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, as well as package and ship items via UPS and FedEx.
  • Financial Support: Assist with financial tasks, including coding purchase orders and maintaining purchasing controls.
  • Payroll Support: Collect and summarize payroll time sheets, and ensure accurate and timely submission.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, dependability, and teamwork.
Work Environment

This position requires working in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional bending and lifting. No travel is expected with this position.
