Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, engaging with clients and insurance representatives
- Conduct thorough quality assessments of internal job files
- Prepare and issue billing statements
- Coordinate scheduling for crews and job assignments
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
- Perform various office administrative duties, including drafting emails and written communications
- Execute precise and detailed data entry tasks
- Provide support to other departments as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office-related role
- Familiarity with billing processes, quality assurance, and scheduling is advantageous
- Experience in a service-oriented environment is preferred
- Exhibit polite, confident, and exceptional customer service skills, including effective listening and questioning techniques
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Willingness to learn new software applications, including proprietary systems
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Work Schedule
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for overtime
- Standard workweek: Monday through Friday
