Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, engaging with clients and insurance representatives
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of internal job files
  • Prepare and issue billing statements
  • Coordinate scheduling for crews and job assignments
  • Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform various office administrative duties, including drafting emails and written communications
  • Execute precise and detailed data entry tasks
  • Provide support to other departments as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office-related role
  • Familiarity with billing processes, quality assurance, and scheduling is advantageous
  • Experience in a service-oriented environment is preferred
  • Exhibit polite, confident, and exceptional customer service skills, including effective listening and questioning techniques
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Willingness to learn new software applications, including proprietary systems
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility for overtime
  • Standard workweek: Monday through Friday
