Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of management experience, preferably in the entertainment industry.

About the Role

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for providing typical tour marketing services for our company. This includes liaising between Managers, Tour Managers, and various Music departments to identify and organize promotional opportunities for assigned artists.

  • Create, maintain and distribute accurate daily itineraries for assigned artists which include travel details and all elements for promotional/live events.
  • Work closely with Finance and Marketing to create or obtain budgets for all tours and promotional events for assigned artists and ensure that they adhere to policy/caps.
  • Manage, and when necessary, book artist travel for promotional events, including flights, trains, cars, and hotels.
  • Attend live events, showcases and festivals and ensure that all issues related to executive/staff entry, venue/artist credentials, VIP section, tickets/admittance and parking are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

This is a contract opportunity with an estimated duration of 4 months. The salary for this role is approximately $37 per hour (max). If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
