Job Description

Nexus T-Squared Social NY LLC is seeking an experienced Event Sales and Membership Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Organize event sales for groups of 10 or more
  • Develop and implement in-store and social media marketing strategies
  • Manage membership records and respond to inquiries

Qualifications/Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation, phone, and communication skills. They should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and event management, as well as several years of experience working with membership programs, is required. Strong data entry skills and the ability to demonstrate, educate, and administer company best practices, policies, and procedures are essential.

Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience as an Event Sales Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment

Essential Physical Functions:

  • Ability to work a minimum of hours per week
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
