Marketing Capabilities Manager: Virtual Event Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Manager to join our Marketing Training & Development Center. This role will support the SVP Marketing Capabilities & Curriculum Design in organizing client-facing events, drafting communications relevant to the marketing L&D industry, and supporting other projects as assigned.
This individual must be organized, able to handle multiple tasks accurately and on time, and have initiative and a proven work ethic. Strong written and oral communication skills along with the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage their time are essential. MS Office Suite skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, are required.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage unit success through timely delivery of all unit newsletters, event planning, meeting minutes, data reporting, and logistics for ANA Global Weeks of Learning 'Live Workshop Track.'
- Draft and manage production of related marketing collateral, prepare communications, and maintain databases.
- Support contract edits, internal calendars, PowerPoint presentations, and administrative tasks.
- Relevant associate or bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Previous experience running virtual and in-person events is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Judgment on when to take initiative and when to seek help.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible scheduling, and paid time off. The estimated salary range for this position is $52,000-$57,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
