Job Overview

Percepta House is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Event Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of event management software. As a Corporate Event Coordinator, you will work alongside the event planning team to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and organization of corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, weddings, and social events.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, transportation, catering, equipment setup, and technical requirements.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and participants to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Prepare event materials, such as signage, programs, and attendee lists.
  • Set up and break down event spaces, including décor, seating arrangements, and equipment.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
  • Track event budgets and assist in managing expenses.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities for events.
  • Take post-event feedback and assist in event reporting and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (preferred).
