Job Overview

The Account Executive role at SoHo Experiential LLC is a full-time position that involves supporting multiple spirits brands on and off-premise sampling programs. As a key member of the national sampling and brand specialist team, you will be responsible for providing execution support through various administrative and planning tasks.


About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team as we seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sampling Program Execution: Participate in the planning, development, and management of new sampling program elements and events for designated clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide direct daily support to Account Supervisor and broader team on an as needed basis.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as a secondary point of contact for all clients for designated programs.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors served by the sampling team.
  • Project Management: Manage the creation of internal and external meeting invites, status reports, agendas, recaps, and weekly calendars.
  • POS Materials: Manage development of Point-of-Sale materials that support each of our sampling programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as creating job codes, facilitating invoice processing with finance, maintaining project management and inventory management tools, and updating internal trackers.
  • Budget Management: Assist with the development and management of program budgets.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Collaborative and a team player.
  • Nimble and solutions oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools a plus.
  • Experience in event planning/production, sampling events, or spirits industry knowledge a plus.
  • A self-starter with pride in their work.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks.
