Tandym Group is on the lookout for a Lead Client Success Specialist to enhance our remote team. In this pivotal role, the Lead Client Success Specialist will oversee the expansion of product offerings and manage all client relationships within their designated product category, which includes: Additional Providers, Additional Locations, Contract Renewals, and Upselling of supplementary software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Client Success Specialist will:

  • Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients.
  • Address daily client inquiries through various channels in a professional and effective manner.
  • Document escalated issues in the ticketing system, ensuring all pertinent details are captured.
  • Deliver client resolutions promptly and courteously.
  • Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department when escalation is necessary.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication skills with clients.
  • Proven experience in a multi-channel customer service environment.
  • Ability to handle challenging client interactions while maintaining exemplary service standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
