Position Title: Customer Success Associate

Degree: 4-Year Degree

Minimum Experience: 3 Years

Position Overview:

The Customer Success Associate plays a pivotal role in managing the initial relationships with all clients of Infovisa. This position primarily focuses on delivering first-level support to clients, addressing a range of operational challenges, and providing training to client personnel on the effective use of our software solutions. Additionally, the Customer Success Associate is involved in the routine testing of Infovisa's product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to all Infovisa clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Infovisa's product suite.
  • Deliver comprehensive support to clients by resolving inquiries through various tools.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for both new and existing clients, both online and in-person.
  • Achieve a high level of proficiency in the products and services supported by Infovisa.
  • Clearly articulate system functionalities and business processes to clients and team members.
  • Investigate and resolve issues reported by clients promptly using diverse methods.
  • Create and maintain end-user and internal documentation.
  • Assist in quality assurance testing for all Infovisa products.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to product teams.
  • Participate in regular stand-up meetings and provide weekly updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal training sessions with colleagues.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Trust Operations, Wealth Management, or related investment experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
