Position Overview
The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in training, educating, and inspiring new clients during their initial two months following a sale. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries regarding our products and services while training the client's team to ensure a successful partnership with Breakthrough. Your account management expertise will be vital in building strong relationships that help clients meet their objectives. While established processes and resources are available, this role also offers the chance to identify areas for efficiency improvements and enhance both internal workflows and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: This role primarily focuses on onboarding new clients for Breakthrough's managed service offerings. You will develop a customized training program, provide thorough follow-up throughout the process, and serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring our new clients feel supported and engaged.
- Training: Each new client undergoes a comprehensive training regimen that encompasses our software and products, as well as essential soft skills to maximize value. The Onboarding Specialist will lead these training sessions, emphasizing the rationale and methodology behind each aspect of the client's program.
- Communication: Effective internal communication with the team is essential for revenue retention and growth. Externally, you will uphold and enhance our standards of exceptional customer service, presenting digital advertising information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Troubleshooting: When challenges arise, you will be responsible for implementing troubleshooting measures to resolve issues effectively. Additionally, documenting best practices will be part of your duties to prepare the team for future occurrences of similar issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Success role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized business clients or within a similar organization.
