Business Development Representative

Fullbay is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments and demos with the Fullbay sales team.
  • Qualify and assess the quality of prospects to determine the viability of sales opportunities.
  • Document customer interactions, responses, and next steps using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive more demos and sales.
  • Collaborate with the Fullbay team to improve processes and add efficiencies for the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GED or High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • One to two years of prior hands-on work experience in a similar sales or sales development role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Products and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
