Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, managing relationships, and achieving revenue growth objectives. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is crucial for the leadership and development of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop sales associates to enhance individual performance.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses within the team, fostering growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Organize and lead periodic sales meetings to align team objectives.
  • Plan and execute company presentations at strategic events to generate leads.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for company vehicles.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews and draft offers for potential new sales personnel.
  • Set and review sales and gross profit margin goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints effectively.
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of success.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology and capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Five to ten years of experience in sales, with a minimum of five years in a management role.
  • Demonstrated sales skills with a history of exceeding targets.
