Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is necessary.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Certifications

  • Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Human Resources Administrator and potentially a Human Resources Generalist.
