Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure adherence to relevant laws and organizational policies.
- Work alongside HR leadership to develop strategies focused on talent management and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local and federal regulations.
- Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations and terminations.
- Manage recruitment processes and HR initiatives to foster success.
- Deliver exceptional internal customer service and maintain data integrity.
- Facilitate employee meetings and manage special projects as required.
- Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is necessary.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership is preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is expected.
Certifications
- Preferred certifications include HRCI or SHRM.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise the Human Resources Administrator and potentially a Human Resources Generalist.
