Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of automotive sales associates.
  • Provide coaching on best practices for closing sales and improving performance.
  • Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and lead the team to exceed goals.
  • Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle by actively listening to their needs.
  • Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles with professionalism and expertise.
  • Guide the sales team in overcoming objections and closing deals in line with company standards.
  • Deliver training and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and close rates.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a dealership and management is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for employee development.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
  • Goal-oriented with a friendly demeanor, especially in negotiations.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and basic math skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
