Join Our Team as a Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective HR practices and strategic partnerships.

About the Role

This is a multifaceted role that combines organizational change management with employee support. As a Strategic HR Partner, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or process improvements. You will also consult with line management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Lead and facilitate organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or process improvements.
  • Consult with line management on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Improve work relationships and enhance productivity through effective HR practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR management or related field. You will also need to have a minimum of 10 years of Human Resources generalist experience in a business-facing HR role with demonstrated increasing responsibilities.
