Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Stago. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR and external training administrative processes, maintaining files, and providing administrative support to the recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR and external training administrative processes, including distribution and tracking of required notices and documentation to employees.
  • Manage the milestone awards program and ensure timely recognition of employee achievements.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting function, including data entry and reporting from Training Software.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation and HR-related training.
  • Prepare new employee files, maintain personnel and training files, and provide daily lunch coverage as required.
  • Assist with processing and tracking invoices for payment and budget tracking in areas of responsibility.
  • Complete associated monthly indicator reporting and work on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year office experience preferably in Human Resources, with prior experience with HRIS systems and intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, execute assigned duties independently, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
