Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the company's HR functions, including recruitment, training, and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate HR and external training administrative processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Distribute and track required notices and documentation to employees, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage the milestone awards program, recognizing and rewarding employees for their achievements.
- Enter data and provide reporting from Training Software, analyzing trends and insights to inform HR decisions.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation and HR-related training, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Prepare new employee files, maintain personnel and training records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide daily lunch coverage, time off, and back-up coverage for the front desk reception area as required.
- Assist the recruiting function with administrative tasks, including vendor registration and contract management.
- Update Ultipro and other respective databases to maintain accurate information.
- Assist with processing and tracking invoices for payment and budget tracking in areas of responsibility.
- Complete associated monthly indicator reporting, providing insights to inform HR decisions.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum one year office experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Prior experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ultipro, and intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, execute assigned duties independently, and maintain a good work ethic, strong organizational skills, and effective teamwork.
- Travel may be required up to 10%.
