Sales Consultants are responsible for helping prospective customers recognize the value of our services while fostering strong relationships to generate sales leads.

While Ford Certifications are advantageous, we are committed to training the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and evaluate their needs to assist them through the selection and purchasing process
  • Establish productive trust-based relationships and guide customers through the sales process
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed about the products offered and discuss available options
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required in the automotive sector
  • A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
  • Consistent work history and commitment to starting a new career
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficient in computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A positive and outgoing personality with a talent for building relationships
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
