  • Provide exceptional service by welcoming, engaging, and connecting with every customer.
  • Boost sales through effective suggestive selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge to promote additional parts and services.
  • Address customer inquiries while effectively communicating ongoing sales and promotional offers.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention through face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist in managing inventory and minimizing shrinkage by organizing, monitoring, and showcasing parts and products effectively.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in operations, optimizing work processes, and enhancing professional skills.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-presented to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of lift kits, wheel and tire applications, and general aftermarket accessories for Jeep and Truck models.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Understand the key stages of the sales process, including effective selling techniques and established industry practices.
  • Proficient in using computer software, parts databases, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers both in-person and over the phone.
  • Skilled in reading and understanding written instructions and work orders.
  • Willingness to work during scheduled hours at the designated location.
