  • Maintain customer satisfaction index at or above dealership standards.
  • Respond to phone inquiries promptly, adhering to dealership protocols.
  • Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe.
  • Engage in mandatory training sessions.
  • Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years in a related field, preferably in automotive.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Communication: Strong ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and sitting.
