We are currently seeking a Lead Client Service Representative to join our vibrant team. In this position, you will refine your customer service skills, deepen your product knowledge through hands-on experience, and foster an environment of learning, growth, and professional development.

Our teams are composed of high achievers who collaborate in person as needed to share knowledge and ideas. This role is classified as hybrid, allowing you to work from a Broadridge office while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee significant projects, ensuring at least two are complex in nature, such as Registration Statements, Annual Meeting documents, and Compliance documents.
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor towards clients and colleagues, contributing to a constructive office atmosphere.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage time across various tasks.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Broadridge systems and resources, utilizing them to deliver a seamless service experience.
  • Lead by example to cultivate a service-oriented culture within the workplace.
  • Identify and actively participate in the development of new technologies or process improvements that enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Adopt and promote new product lines and solutions to both clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Have a working understanding of XBRL, stylized proxies, printing, estimating, pricing, and invoicing processes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate analytical abilities to assist in the decision-making process.
  • Work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Respond positively to feedback.
  • Availability for some weekend work may be required.

Salary range is $98,000 to $115,000, with eligibility for bonuses.

(Broadridge takes into account a candidate's relevant experience and educational background when determining final salary.)
