The Chief Executive Officer will be instrumental in orchestrating campus operations, collaborating closely with administrators and department heads. Key Responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer:- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the long-term care and senior housing landscape
- Possess prior supervisory experience
- Be in pursuit of or have obtained state nursing home administrator's licensure
- Demonstrate strong decision-making and execution skills
- Exhibit excellent management, organizational, and communication abilities
- Show proficiency at conceptual, strategic, and implementation levels
- Build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Align with and support Covenant Living's mission
- Demonstrate a background in church and community leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
- A minimum of five years in administrative or upper management roles
- At least three years of experience as an executive director in a Continuing Care Retirement Community
