- 2 years of experience in assisted living or senior living administration, preferably in a leadership role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, with the ability to ensure compliance and drive excellence in care.
