Your Role as a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist:
The Healthcare Customer Support Specialist serves as the welcoming face of ADVENT, engaging with patients throughout their treatment journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming patients and ensuring accurate check-in using established protocols.
- Managing the ordering of Sleep Study devices through our system.
- Uploading sleep study reports into our electronic records.
- Reviewing upcoming clinic schedules to verify insurance and necessary documentation.
- Coordinating patient appointments effectively.
- Providing call center support as needed.
- Overseeing the opening and closing of the clinic according to established guidelines.
- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and patient payments are processed.
- Ordering medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as required.
- Cross-training as a Medical Assistant.
