Role Overview:
The Healthcare Support Specialist (CNA or RA) plays a crucial role in delivering a range of services to assist residents with their daily living activities under the guidance of a Nurse. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, ensuring courtesy, dignity, and respect in all interactions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other designated care tasks.
  • Assist residents during meal times.
  • Perform homemaking duties as required.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health status, making recommendations for adjustments to their care plans.
  • Maintain accurate daily documentation.

Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of experience in nursing or resident assistant roles within senior services.
