Position Summary

The primary duty of this position is to manage the complete sales operation of the resorts' timeshare sales and upgrades, oversee sales personnel, and execute sales strategies to boost profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct morning sales meetings.
  • Provide training to Sales Managers.
  • Oversee the sales floor and collaborate with Guest Service Representatives and Sales Managers.
  • Market and sell Westgate Resorts to prospective buyers to facilitate sales and upgrades.
  • Manage assigned sales staff, including recruitment, performance assessments, and development.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance customer service and amplify sales efforts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and staff.
  • Enforce sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure sales activities achieve or surpass profit objectives.
Supervisory Duties

Supervise all sales team members, with the authority to make disciplinary decisions and contribute to hiring and termination processes based on performance and interactions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the essential job requirements. The following qualifications are indicative of the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:

Background in timeshare sales and management as evaluated by the Executive Director of Sales.

Language Abilities
Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business materials, writing reports, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
