Your Role

As a Marketing Team Leader, you will:
  • Support the Director of Marketing in inspiring and guiding a team of In-House Marketing Agents to surpass all performance objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of ongoing training, staff development, and retention initiatives in collaboration with fellow leaders.
  • Assist in scheduling tours and ensuring the team meets their established targets.
  • Help manage daily interactions with key Sales, Business, and Corporate partners.
  • Work with HR to ensure compliance with all Policies & Procedures and oversee performance evaluations.

What You Bring

We seek candidates with:
  • A minimum of one year of marketing or sales experience, preferably with internal Wyndham or similar timeshare exposure.
  • At least 6-12 months of proven supervisory or management experience.
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to effectively engage both internal and external clients.
  • Adaptability to change and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with WD Applications such as Journey, Workstamp, and Workday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A track record of effective leadership and team motivation.
  • A BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
