The primary objective of this role is to oversee the comprehensive sales operations of the resort's timeshare offerings and upgrades. This includes managing sales personnel, executing sales strategies to enhance profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct daily sales meetings to motivate and align the team.

Provide training and development for Sales Managers.

Oversee the sales floor, coordinating efforts with Guest Service Representatives and Sales Managers.

Engage with potential buyers to promote and sell Westgate Resorts' timeshare opportunities.

Manage the assigned sales team:
handle hiring, terminations, disciplinary measures, performance assessments, and professional growth.

Collaborate with other departments within the resort to enhance customer service and optimize sales initiatives.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both guests and team members.

Implement and uphold sales-related policies and procedures.

Ensure that sales activities achieve or exceed profit targets.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES
Oversee all personnel within the sales center; possess the authority to enforce discipline with input on hiring and termination decisions. Provide feedback regarding their performance, interactions with sales representatives, and customer relations.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Experience in timeshare sales and management as determined by the Executive Director of Sales.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
