Position Summary:
Our full-time Sales Specialists are driven and ambitious individuals tasked with enhancing market presence within a designated geographical area. This role involves fostering new client relationships while nurturing connections with established customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively within a team to deliver unparalleled building solutions backed by exceptional warranties.
  • Manage complex projects throughout the construction lifecycle, from initial sales to final completion.
  • Utilize various technologies to streamline daily operations and project management.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to the evolving demands of the construction sector.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience or 5 years in construction management.
  • Preferred educational background includes an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Capability to expand existing market share while being accessible during relevant construction hours.
  • Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the building process, including company personnel and subcontractors.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Minimal overnight travel is expected.
