Senior Client Relationship Executive

Sun Life is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most complex clients, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional service.
The Opportunity:This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses. You will be responsible for:
- Managing complex client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
As a Senior Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key personnel for assigned clients and brokers
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and provide value-added solutions
- Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
- Conducting regular case reviews with internal departments and clients to identify areas for improvement
- Facilitating the renewal process and ensuring seamless transitions for clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of industry experience in a national, key, or strategic account management field
- A current insurance license or the ability to obtain one immediately
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding of the Employee Benefit industry and Group Benefit design
