Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychology

Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan patient care, implementing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
