Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the Role
Miro Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with our Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50-70 Enterprise customers, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success with Miro Enterprise.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to improve customer retention metrics, adoption, and engagement.
- Become a subject matter expert on Miro Enterprise's products and services, using this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
- Identify and address potential customer health issues, providing timely interventions to prevent churn.
- Drive Miro Enterprise product adoption by leading onboarding efforts for new customers and teams.
- Develop and execute playbooks and strategies for new customer onboarding and customer growth/renewal.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success role, managing complex accounts in a SaaS environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Quick learner, able to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
- Proactive mindset, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
