We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing consumer inquiries, requests, comments, and concerns regarding GOYA branded products. You will also be able to obtain relevant information from consumers and provide positive outcomes.

This is a full-time position located in Jersey City, NJ. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have five or more years of experience in consumer affairs or customer support, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**
• Manage consumer inquiries, requests, comments, and concerns regarding GOYA branded products
• Obtain relevant information from consumers and provide positive outcomes
• Handle a high volume of consumer intakes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve consumer issues

**Requirements:**
• 5+ years of experience in consumer affairs or customer support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain relevant information from consumers and provide positive outcomes
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
• Experience with MS Office, Zen Desk, Quicken, and statistics is a plus
