Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive business growth.
  • Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with Company priorities and values.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.

Requirements:
  • Two plus years of relevant supervisor experience in a high volume, fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with diverse teams by being empathetic, intuitive, self-motivated, and driven.

Salary:
$16.50-$17.00 per hour
