Job Description:

The Outside Sales Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and prioritize multiple sales initiatives simultaneously
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
Compensation:

$95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
