Market Center Manager Role at Funeral Directors Life

We are seeking a seasoned B2B Sales Manager to join our team as a Market Center Manager in Nevada, Northern California, Utah, and Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with funeral homes of all sizes within your market.

Your primary goal will be to create value for your customers by learning their needs, making suggestions, and implementing programs to drive revenue growth. You will achieve this by genuinely listening, earning trust, and making decisions that impact our customers positively. This is an opportunity for a motivated and successful sales professional to take the next step in their career and grow a territory rich with potential and talent.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least five years of experience in funeral sales/management, excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to build lasting relationships. A Life Insurance license in Nevada, California, Utah, or Oregon is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with funeral home accounts to develop business growth strategies
  • Promote the Funeral Directors Life story through our proven sales process
  • Coach and develop other sales professionals while making informed decisions
  • Inspire your customers to achieve their long-term vision
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans within your market
  • Collaborate with other Funeral Directors Life managers and the Executive Management team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Continuously improve business-to-consumer sales efforts

What We Offer:

A competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
