  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience establishing trust and rapport quickly
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness to obtain upon hiring

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $60,000-$80,000, depending on individual performance. As an independent agent, your compensation will be directly tied to your results.
