Hotel Front Desk Agent Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Universal Helios Grand Hotel. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prints occupancy, arrivals, and departures reports on a timely basis.
- Reviews Specials Report for all arriving guests to ensure pre-blocking of rooms and coordination of special services.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping and Room Service to satisfy guest requests.
- Monitors check-outs, pre-registered guests, and room moves.
- Checks for duplicate reservations and status of out-of-order rooms and showrooms.
- Reviews group resumes to verify group billing procedures.
- Answers department phone lines.
- Assists Front Desk Agents with check-in, check-outs, and resolving guest requests or complaints.
Requirements:
- English language communications required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced computer skills; Opera experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
- Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
